There were no towels at all in the room. After we asked to get a couple of them, they were very dirty and I couldn’t use them at all. Overall the room cleanliness was far from being acceptable for the price that we paid.

Overall 3.5/5 Outdated but clean. A housekeeper accidentally entered my room as I was about to fall asleep because she said she didn’t realize they had let me in yet, so that was jolting and less than fun. Also the shower door did not close all the way. No food option until the town finishes the inspection. A walkable mile to the fun on Commercial Street

The Provincetown Inn could be a gold mine. It has a beautiful location, yet it's in desperate need of a full makeover. While the staff were very kind and friendly and the room was extreemly clean, the main part of the Inn was sadly outdated. I stayed in May so the pool, restaurant and lounge were not open yet, so i can't speak to these spaces but all looked tidy. The entrance wasn't swept or cared for and there werent any plants in the planters when other places in town looked beautiful and in full bloom (could be an easy fix for a better first impression). I understand they're under new ownership, so I hope future updates are planned. Check in was at 4:00 and I couldn't get into my room until 5:10. The staff were apologetic and it was clear that they were understaffed. The housekeepers were lovely and doing their best under difficult circumstances.

The location of this place is magnificent. The beds in room are new comfortable and clean. The place is very dated and needs a lot of attention. It appears they are trying but there is a lot to be done. I t offers the basics clean room/bed running water and air-condition. Stayed in balcony with Bay view. The beach is just in front of you. The parking is convenient. One faucet in bathroom was new but not working properly. The coffee maker in room can not be pooled out to make coffee. The complex in general has a lot but it is tired and needs a lot of work. You get what you pay for. The restaurants in the complex look ok but they were not open (we were informed at the time of checking in)

The best in Provincetown and love staying here. The view , accessible and close to everything.. shopping , beach , dining , art , music .. endless . Highly y recommend the Provincetown Inn.

I loved being at waters edge hearing the gentle constant waves of the Cape Cod Bay lapping the shore. And moonlight on water is almost as precious as sunlight on water which I could sit and enjoy from my rooms deck. I had an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you to all the helpful staff too.

This was a great location on the water with a semi private deck area. However, as it is in a transition phase, they had no food license. The pool was obviously closed (too early). The front desk closed at 8 and there was no daily room cleaning (although they did sweep our floor when we asked.) The in-room coffee was horrid and we had to ask for a microwave. The rate was fair (off-season). What I am upset about is the nearly $200 resort fee. For what? No pool, no restaurant, no real coffee, no maid service. And, our room was above the mechanical/boiler room so we heard it cycle about every half hour. On a plus note, parking was free and the staff was great!

No staff working, tried to charge a “destination charge” when checking out claiming it was an additional expense i should have been aware of
