From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The room was impeccably clean with all the basic amenities including a continental breakfast . What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location and for such an amazing price. Being able to step out of the hotel and cross the street to find ourselves on the beach was simply incredible. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to unwind and soak in the beauty of Cape Cod.
Overall, our experience at Breakwater was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and conveniently located stay in Provincetown.

The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

Basic, but clean and comfortable. Good bargain for the price. No microwave in room. The ice machine was not up and running, but staff on hand were still able to supply some ice and that was much appreciated.

Rooms very small nothing within walking distance. No house keeping unless you ask but no one told us that had to ask. Just wanted trash taken from our room.

We just needed a place for the night and it felt like we got a luxury place for not a crazy price.
