Very nice place. Jacuzzi for no extra charge!?! The Underground is a classy jazz spot and my drink off the menu was great. Friendly and professional staff. Completely unexpected nice find.

I made a reservation for my mom, not realizing she was traveling with her pet. I called the property immediately to see if they allow small dogs. Unfortunately they do not and no one would help me get a refund. They were actually pretty rude about it. Thanks for nothing, Monarch!

The property was dated, the front desk service was satisfactory.

It is pretty run down. The bathroom was pretty bad. Chipped, etc.
