First the bed we tried was the most uncomfortable my wife and me have ever slept on. Second the grout in bathroom floor was full of mold. Disgusting! During check in and out front desk clerk did not know her job and needed to call someone several times to get checked in and out. It took almost 30 minutes for her to get us checked in. After requesting a partial refund and then being told we would, we received nothing. Never coming back and would recommend not staying at this hellhole.

After receiving your complaint, we conducted a thorough inspection of your room and surrounding areas. I must inform you that our team found no evidence of mold or related issues. We pride ourselves on our rigorous cleaning protocols and regular maintenance checks to ensure the health and safety of our guests. It's distressing to note that the complaint, upon investigation, appears to be unfounded.In addition, I must address a discrepancy that occurred during your check-in process. Our records and front desk staff report that there were inconsistencies in the information provided at the time of your arrival, which is concerning. Honesty and transparency are values we uphold for all interactions at our hotel, and we expect the same from our guests.As previously discussed thru email and via phone conversations, Regarding your refund, (of 56.00)as your booking was made through Expedia, the refund process must be initiated and handled through their system.( completed on my end) We have communicated with Expedia about your case. Expedia representative expressed to me to have said guest contact them with information of discount you will receive.While we understand that writing a review is a personal right and a valuable source of feedback, we encourage our guests to ensure that their reviews accurately reflect their experience. Room had a strange odor. Breakfast was not the best Easy check in, friendly staff.
