The property is undergoing renovations, which partly limited parking (busy events in town this weekend). Late getting into room (we had an event to be at which only allowed us 15 minutes to prepare). I hope once the renovations are done we will try again.

Location is extraordinary. Beautiful views and access to Victoria ferry. Staff did not properly clean and supply our room one day. The bed pillows were too thick and hurt my neck, so I had to supply my own pillow. Room was good:
Two sinks, large TV, small fridge, etc. Lighting at bathroom mirrors were dim. I am speaking as an architect.

They are upgrading some rooms and worked into the evening but I fell asleep so they weren’t too loud. Our room looked brand new. Windows blocked noise from the road on the back of the building. Great black out shade that blocked all early morning sunlight. Fit our needs for the one night.

Location is great in that it’s walkable to many food options downtown and close to ONP. The hotel was clean enough, though housekeeping only made one bed and clearly didn’t clean the floors. The walls/floors were thin and we heard people next to and above us all night. The restaurant is a joke, we waited for 20 mins just to order and food wasn’t anything special. It was definitely more expensive than it should have been given what was offered.
