Screen door area very dirty ,bathroom site didn’t drain,air conditioner didn’t work all the time .and nobody touch it .

Great location for wine tasting

Good central location to explore Hunter Valley with 3 wineries within walking distance. Easy parking, comfortable beds and delicious food. The extensive breakfast buffet was especially good.

The restaurent would not pick up for my room service irder. i had to call the reception to place the order. just a minor thing. the other thing was that there was no in room information of surrounding options. i had to walk to reception to get a menu for room service dinner.

I enjoyed our stay more than my husband. He didn’t think it was as clean as it should have been. He killed a couple of beetles in the washroom and they were still on the floor after it was cleaned.

I would rate the property as a 3.5 star. Our accommodation at the property seemed to be very tired. We had mould in the shower and paint off in various locations. Very old style and certainly not value for money at $329 per night. Disappointing to say the least. We certainly would not be in a rush to stay there again.
