We arrived and had to walk our luggage to the hotel out in the middle of a busy street, the room was filled with tiny bugs, cracks in the walls and ceiling, loud loud noise outside until 3 in the morning. For $500 a night I was terribly disappointed. (Never again!!!)

Beautiful hotel, very clean and fresh. Though, checking in is very slow and chaotic. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. But enjoyable stay apart from the check in process

Hyatt channeling Motel 6.

This hotel is in a great location. We have stayed here multiple times. We got a large suite for the new year and were treated like juveniles. I get that people abuse rooms but as repeat guests and loyalty rewards members you'd have thought Hyatt would have done some homework as to who was staying there.
