4 star property- 3 star service. Food is 3 stars- but they have some good options. They have hamburger hotdog chips and tacos for the snack bar. I wish they did more in the area. Like cut up fruit or chicken or salad. The grounds are beautiful and clean I wish they would clean the glass at the pool restaurant it’s an eye sore and with no beach and too much seaweed. It would make you feel like this us the worst resort. It’s definitely not a beach resort but a jungle resort. resort with wild life everywhere. Mosquitos are out at night along with the monkeys. My kids had a great experience - waterpark and slides and eco experience but we won’t be back- thankful for the experience.

Seria bueno poner estaciones de agua potable ya que el hotel es muy grande y mas baños en los cuartos para el control de humedad y limpiar los aures acondicionados y difusores de aceites essentials

The check-in process at the resort was incredibly frustrating. It took us nearly two hours to finally get checked in, leaving us feeling exhausted and disheartened. The resort grounds are expansive, making it a bit challenging to get around on foot, the staff on go karts don't offer to give guests a lift. It can be disheartening when you ask for a ride and are met with a refusal or confusion.
Today, we headed to one of the lagoons for a swim, only to find out it was closing in 30 minutes. As we arrived, we saw a family effortlessly getting signed in, which added to our disappointment. When we tried to explain that we only wanted to swim for a short time, the host pretend there was a language barrier, adding to our frustration.
Overall, this has been our worst experience at a resort. The requirement to book every restaurant through an app has only added to our challenges, especially when the app crashes from the high volume of users trying to book at the same time. We hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but instead, we have been left feeling stressed and disappointed.

The beach was a let down. It’s rocky. Food was just Ok. Pools were awesome and the water park was great for my kids.
