The buffet was so small, not lots of food options, for the breakfast time only one omelette station so lots of waiting time. Same food every day.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We reserved a roulette room in La Perla and were given a free upgrade to a lagoon view junior suite in the reserve, along with a thoughtful anniversary display. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have never seen such happy workers! The resort was lovely and very clean, except for the beach which was full of piles of seaweed. However, this is a common problem with Cancun and we did go somewhat during seaweed season. The entertainment was a bit lacking, this is not a party resort by any means, but there were classes and mini shows and pool DJs. The food was better than expected for an all-inclusive, the buffets somehow had better food than most of the restaurants. Special thanks to Emilio, Jennifer, and Fabiola at Hadar for their diligence and accommodation. Miguel from Lemonfish provided some of the best service we’ve ever had, and the food there was by far the best at the resort. Room service was decent as well. All in all, a delightful stay that left us with a wonderful experience to look back on. Thank you Paradisus!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Restaurants had good food although their AC doesn’t seem to cool that well. The beach would have been nicer without all the piled up seaweed, but the hotel property made it up with their stunning ambiance.
