Hotel Xcaret Mexico truly earns every accolade it has been awarded. From amazing food, to an impressive array of included tours and activities, to attentive customer service, this place is the best! I stayed for 8 days and still feel like I only scratched the surface of everything you can see, do, and eat at this resort. This resort is worth every penny!

This was my families first time visiting the resort and parks. We enjoyed it very much and ware hoping to visit once a year. We have already recommended friends and family to visit as well. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean, food was good for majority being buffet style. The beaches were kept clean and nice. My son loved the kids club. We just hope next time the octopus slide would be functioning.

Beautiful property. Only a couple of employees were rude and made us feel unwelcome. Otherwise service was excellent.

Checked into this property I was suppose to stay in Casa Fuego (adult section of Xcaret Mexico) there was no availability after calling the reservations department making sure I was in the adult only section.The lack of communication in direction was not present. This hotel is very big with limited directions it’s very hard to navigate. The hotel and restaurants are beautiful as seen in pictures. The non alcoholic services to the rooms are not good (limited to soft drinks). Overall very nice hotel and clean.

A lot to see and do. Staff was nice and attentive. Much worth it if visiting the parks. Food and drinks were great!

The transportation from the airport to the hotel was excellent. Most people from the hotel were friendly and helpful. All inclusive tours like the one to Xel-Ha and other parks far from the property are great, the guests are taken on time in comfortable buses, and the bed and bed sheets were very nice. But I will not consider this hotel a 5 diamond hotel. The shower in our room was either cold or hot with low water pressure and the toilet barely flushed. The closet is reduced in size. Also our king size bedroom was designed so the bathroom sink is behind the bed headboard with no privacy to wash you hands, brush your teeth, shave, etc. The food and beverages in the property were average to good but nothing out of the ordinary. The transportation to the closest parks is done in a special bus which we did not enjoy, the line for the bus was always chaotic and we had to travel standing up. And finally, in two occasions we were approached to offer us a timeshare and even when they were not insistent it was uncomfortable saying that we were not interested.

Check in and check out process cumbersome. Food very good at Las Cuevas, Asian restaurant and theatre food. Others not great!
