The staff were so amazing. It’s almost impossible to find something you don’t like about Xcaret. I really wanted to take a picture In the bridge pool. I didn’t not realize those pools are exclusive. I wish I had known as I would have stayed In that Casa. However our room was beautiful nonetheless

Good options for dining, some places has long line need to wait but overall 5 star experience

this had to be one of the best resorts my wife and I have ever been to. We enjoyed it so much. We will return soon.

I really enjoyed staying at Xcaret Arte. We loved the food and the lively architecture and art pieces throughout the hotel. Our room was always clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful they honestly made our trip really easy and fun.i was loved that the parks were included with our stay.we definitely want to come back next year.

I loved all about the hotel and the parks, are absolutely beautiful and entertaining. The food was delicious, the staffing was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go back there to spend more time in Mexico.
