I was asked to give Credit card to pay the deposit without informing the amount when checked in even I payed the hotel fee $157 Canadian dollars for one night online one months ago. The lady didn't ask all other guests pay the deposit. The next day I was given the receipt of 97.17 US dollar for deposit. But on my bank account it was deducted 138.99 Canadian dollars. The morning staff at checked out couldn't explain why the receipt it showed "97.17 US dollars not $100 US dollar for deposit. Where is $3.83 US Dollars?

Initially I was concerned because the path to my room was pretty rundown and dingy and the fitness room was a horrible mess. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. The decor is dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. I told the front desk about the condition of the fitness room, and when I went back it was all cleaned up. One of the best fitness rooms in terms of equipment and space I've ever seen at a hotel.
The breakfasts were stellar! I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close to highway exit. The room is a little bit of outdated.

The hotel was quiet and the room was large. Check in at the front desk was quick and the staff was very nice.

I liked how close this was to downtown Pittsburgh. I liked how large the rooms were. I appreciated all the healthy options for breakfast.
One thing to consider for the next remodel is having a small sink outside of the bathroom with a water filter to refill water bottles in the room.

We stay here a few years ago and were pretty happy then. However, this time it is kind of disappointing. The floor, elevator, etc, need to be cleaner. In my unit, the curtain has holes. The carpet appears to be dirty, and the bottle of body was empty. The breakfast was nice though.
