Very convenient location downtown. A little beat up but pretty clean. Staff was very courteous. Cute little bar area too.

Zero parking or valet service for the motel. You have to park in an old parking deck across the street Cold showers The room was up to date but not clean. A lot of stains on sheets and floors were not clean A lot of Hidden costs on the initial check in. 8 hours after checking out I still haven’t received a settlement statement. Front desk said the settlement would be emailed shortly. Way way over priced motel for there amities. A cup of coffee is $4.00 per cup also. Id look elsewhere if ever in Pittsburgh again.

Dear Jason, the hotel does have access to self parking for hotel guests at the garage across the street. Unfortunately, many downtown hotels do not have their own parking facilities. We do not have any fees associated with a hotel stay, so if you were improperly charged, please contact us directly so we can make the necessary correction. The 50 incidental hold is standard hotel protocol to establish credit. If unused, it does go back to your credit card. I am so sorry we did not deliver a great experience for you. Very nice rooms and communal lobby space. No parking on site and wasn’t clearly labeled where to go to park. It’s less than a block away though once I called the reception desk to ask about it. No valet. Otherwise I had a nice stay in a quiet clean room in an excellent location.

My flight to Pittsburgh, PA was delayed leading to a cascade of problems. The staff at the EVEN were super helpful and made accommodations to help me out. They were the best! The hotel room was also very nice!

Clean, calming decor. Pleasant staff. Way overpriced, breakfast (paid extra for) was terrible. Parking was exorbitant.
