Not highly recommand.
Posted 13 Dec 2019 on HotelsStay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(

Great exp!
Posted 6 Nov 2019 on HotelsIt was a great experience! They even provide you a free shuttle service inside the complex. I would probably go back and will try other rooms. Overall it was excellent!

What I didn't like.
Comfort room is dirty. There are green algae at the shower room. Even the room is not so clean.
You just pay for the accommodation. Dofferent payment for the activities provided in CWC. No breakfast included.
Needs improvement on the service, especially cleanliness.
I hope the management will look into the cleanliness and what is inclusive of the accommodation.

It was difficult to adjust/upgrade my room
Posted 7 May 2019 on HotelsI almost loved it but surprisingly getting a bathroom in your room was optional. We tried their paid amenities which was cool but unfortunately had to suffer with public shared restroom. I tried to upgrade but this place was too difficult to contact by hotels.com and they don't want to upgrade us with our initial booking from the site. They prefer to forfeit my booking and book with them in person for a better room. Just totally outdated with technology and logic. I had to divide my family to the nearest hotel Elizabeth with better affordable rooms with on suite bathroom. They never mention that it's totally no bathroom in their cabana's. They will just mention partial bathroom I thought half a bathroom without a tub or shower but it was way worse. Nothing at all. You have to go out and look for one. Sucks big time for people visiting from other countries. Just unacceptable.

Posted 16 Mar 2019 on HotelsWhat I dont like is i need to pay extra for the pool access. Pool access is standard even in 5 stars hotel. And no buffet option for breakfast. Breakfast options are limited with 4 meals only. Should have served buffet.

i think they need to change bulbs especially in COMFORT ROOM AREA. and should install bidet in CR. but to sum up our stay, it was GOOD. room was not so big but so clean and i really like the designs of their villas. 😊
