Nice place to stay . The staff needs a little training on hospitality business. So they can be more nicer and less rude.

Very friendly staff attended to all your personal needs. Centrally located in Old Town Phuket but it was rather quite far to the beach resort area.

Great place to stay. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, immaculately clean. Quiet. Nice pool. Short walk to Old Town.

This hotel is in a great spot.
It’s tucked away from the louder parts of the city but easy to walk anywhere. Sometimes I could hear other guests from my room but it was otherwise very quiet. I would stay here again

Lovely staff. Clean comfortable and well set up room (we had a family suite). Gym was basic but okay, 12m pool was nice.
Overall, pleasantly surprised by this place and would stay here again if I were going to Phuket old town area.
