The hotel is top but housekeeping is terrible. To find bunch of hair in a shower is disgusting and sheets are ripped. Hotel on top but housekeeping they need to do something about.

Large property with many options. Service is slow at the pool and food options are lower quality and overpriced. Central location.

Nice property. Breakfast at Mowry and Cotton excellent. J&G Steakhouse a disappointment. Too loud, too poorly lit and so-so food. Tavern restaurant just OK. Shout out to Jasmine at the Thirsty Camel bar at Todd at Mowry and Cotton.

The hotel says "dog friendly" but was so rude in the lobby bar with regards to our 11 pound toy poodle. The dog was on my lap but the server insisted that my lap was the furniture. The room was $1800. I will never ever spend a $ at a marriott property, including the Ritz Carlton. Four Seasons and Rosewood properties are so much better and refined.

Room was not clean until 5 pm when 4 pm guaranteed Room was not cleaned before 6 pm on day 4 Room was cleaned at 5 pm on day 3 when we were resting
