We lost some jewelry and tried to get help retrieving it, but there was no follow thru.

Water damage in first floor hall way - causing moldy air in our room 110, had bad reaction to mold & smell. Was moved to 4th floor - somewhat better air for breathing. Breakfast was disappointing.. egg choices were only hard boiled … chopped fruit tasted awful…

It was a good safe room, clean and comfortable. We just came for one night so we could move into our new home the next day. Our daughter loved the pool. It was quiet and we had a good stay.

I have two concerns, The only this is the breakfast, why hard boiled eggs? Why not have scrambled eggs, wouldn’t it be more cost effective to get a bag or a substitute that is consistent of a scrambled egg instead of hard boiled? Another note why have, housekeeping on call why can’t they be upkeeping rooms that are occupied when “do not disturb” on the door allowed, instead you have to call the front desk before hand to get that service? Just something to be considered before booking?
