Needs to be more cleaner inside the rooms. I felt like if i stayed in a motel 6. Staff in the am seemed like she had a attitude. Pool definitely need some attention pool could be cleaner.

The front desk besides the nice lady named Stephanie was very rude and had poor customer service. I booked for a balcony but instead they put me in a patio room. When i asked why that happened, they made it seem like it was my fault that I booked with third party and their explanation in their words was “they don’t offer balcony rooms, only have patio rooms.” Not that there weren’t any available but that they don’t have room of that kind. This was completely false as my patio room faced their balcony rooms. When I asked if they could accommodate me in any way, they responded that I have a pool view and I shouldn’t have booked on third party. Stephanie explained everything later on in such a professional manner so I appreciate her.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property. It's positioned to provide multiple options for shopping and dining.
