The guy at the front desk when we first came in the building his attitude was horrible. He kept spitting up cold.(very unprofrssional)
When it was time to check in we had another gentleman check us in... now his service was amazing.
Day of check out same guy from the first day we walked in... as we was checking out I asked if they had a room to put our luggage..he said we dont have room in our storage. I asked may I just leave my luggagehere as my daughter has one more dr apt at CHOP before we fly out.
Return from the dr apt...his come back to us was you need to take your bags..we said we are we are waiting on uber.
Besides the bad experience with the guys on the desk the hotel was ok.

Rooms were okay but counters etc were dirty, and bathrooms not very clean, towels had stains on them.

Property is nice! Just a little worn down. Showers could be a little nicer and a lot of the outlets in the room were out. Breakfast was decent and overall hotel was good for a couple of nights.
