Not at all impressed with this place. Did not get the room we booked. Condition of property we did get was poor. Bathrooms not to a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Consider this a second rate property and will not be using again. A bit of a dump to be frank.

Property is old and needs love. Not clean. Water leakage . Shower old. Not enough pillows. No milk.
Not enough coffee sachets
Balcony floor cracked and looks unsafe.

ideal location. Unfortunately, the property was dirty, cockroaches and ants were in the room, and toilets were leaking.
When we tried to talk to the receptionist they were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place.

Reasonably priced for being so central. Easy access and able to walk to Optus Stadium and Barrack Square for ferry and bus tours. The room did need maintainence on sliding fly screen but it was lovely and clean.

Service was excellent and very accommodating for guests. The location is very convenient and close to the CBD with free city service access. will definitely return.

This was a really depressing and downbeat place to stay. It was a real shambles and in a state of advance neglect and disrepair. Not a good experience.
