Room did not smell like it was clean there was no toilet paper and half the towels were not stocked

This hotel offered a modestly priced room that included a refrigerator and microwave, both much appreciated. The room was small, which is to be expected for a modestly priced accommodation. The bed and linens were clean as was the room generally. We happened to stay there when there were several different sets of noisy guests, which revealed how easily outside sound traveled into the room.
