The bathroom shower showed signs of mold and water damage on the ceiling

The hotel is right downtown. Walkable to most everything you want to do in Pensacola. Its quite an old hotel but seems to have been updated nicely. They provide a pretty basic breakfast but more impressively we enjoyed their nightly reception. This included complimentary food. (Nachos with multiple toppings available) on the night we stayed. They also offered complimentery wine and beer. This was quite a surprise and delight bacause normally those benefits are only found in a very few upscale hotels. The room was clean and compfortable. No complaints. This hotel will be on our short list when we come back to town

It’s a nice place for the price. Enjoyed the sitting area with the fountain. Best part is that it’s within walking distance to downtown.

Sole Inn and Suites is a fantastic location if you want to stay very close to the main action areas of the downtown area and still be able to walk. I stayed there for 6 days, 3 in a regular room and 3 in a suite. The suites was wonderful and spacious with a separate kitchenette area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some touch-ups with paint and minor repairs. It would be very helpful if there were more towel hooks or hangers in the bathrooms and small shelves installed above the toilet so there is room to place toiletries. I really enjoyed my stay and the great location at a very fair price. Recommended!

Located in the area of downtown this was a wonderful stop for us. Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area.

The staff were super nice, the room was clean and comfortable and a great location on Palafox for enjoying downtown Pensacola.
