There was no housekeeping. We couldn’t get new crab towels without taking our old
Ones down to the front desk. The floors were dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was nice and welcoming. Pool was clean and refreshing.

The room was nicely updated and prepared exceptionally well by the maid staff.

The property is well worn, air-conditioning is very noisy (abnormally, something wrong with a number of units). Room keys quit working while loading the car for departure. Another guest came in to the desk while i was there checking out, complaining about no hot water at the shower.

The breakfasts were pretty good
The maid service was terrible - no replenishment of toilet tissue, kleenex, soap, shampoo, no making of beds etc.
The ladies in the office were very nice

The staff here is amazing. We had to change rooms and they made it so easy and even checked on us after!!!
