Pool is full of leaves and hot tub out of order

I am sorry to hear about the leaves in the pool, with the change in seasons causes more leaves to fall. We do try to keep the pool clear of leaves for our guest here

The staff was great everyone was so friendly. I think the guy who talked with me and my grandson was really friendly I think he was a house man wish I would’ve gotten his name I will be staying here again when I visit my daughter
