The hotel itself is a little older but kept very clean. The shining star for me was the two women I had to speak with regarding our stay. It got a little confusing with the reservations but they fixed it and were helpful and TRULY CARED. My only regret was I didn’t write their names down. Should I go back to the area, I would stay there again even though it’s a bit older because of how I was treated. Thank you ladies so much ♥️.

Dirty - dust all over the room - specially the bathroom- bathroom had a strong smell - 😞😥

Shocked at Expedia & CI& S rating of 8 . Would give a 6, maybe a 7. Beds were comfortable but property needs serious tlc & updating. Carpet in hallways very dirty, paint chipping off doors, showing different color underneath (green from taupe doors), wood dusty & dinged up, tub didn’t drain well, shower curtain not long enough-water gets on floor. We left day early.

I am shocked this is rated 8.4/10. I would give it a 6-7 tops. Property definitely needs some tic. Carpet dirty, bathroom door stays shut & doors have paint peeling. Coffee maker was an issue. One night had to park at Red Roof Inn, couple doors down. Was a truck with a camper taking up many spaces. Shower curtain barely long enough, causing water issues. Tub didn’t drain well. Hate standing in water build up when showering.

Upon arrival, staff recognized us from previous stays, a few years ago! All staff courteous, efficient, super-fast checkin. Great breakfast. Clean, clean, clean!
