The building is too old. The elevator is suffocating, can barely fit one passenger and carry on. All appliances in the room does not work. Bathroom needs updating. This hotel looks very tired and in great need of update.

I can’t imagine how Expedia can suggest this property to the tourist ! Dirty , unsafe , broken doors , humidity , stinking carpets , scary elevator …. I decide to leave the hotel after de checking …and Expedia partially refunds my money DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL !!!!

It turned out that Uber doesn't stop at the hotel. The drivers cannot find the hotel. But the front desk never told me the problem. Every time I went back, I was dropped somewhere near or even far from the hotel and I had to figure out how to get there. At midnight of May 22, I had to take three Uber rides to get me close enough to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel should have told every customer the problem. I found it out only on the day I was leaving. I ordered a Uber and noticed that the driver was moving around and didn't come to the hotel. Then I asked the front desk person and he then told me that I needed to wait on another street. That was where I found the Uber. That shouldn't have happened. The hotel should warn every guest about the issue and ask them to order a taxi on a different street, not to or from the the hotel. It made my Paris trip so frustrating and horrible.

Great staff and neighborhood. However the hotel is very old, and has a strong smell like the one in vintage stores

Great location! Great staff and good breakfast options! Very clean. Our room was dated with a very large tub that was awkward to get in and out of. Noisy at night with movement above.

Average hotel with great location. Easy to walk to multiple metro stations & you are in the center on Paris. The hotel is dated, with small rooms, old lobby, tiny breakfast area. The rooms are small, but ok for a few nights. The breakfast is ok. The AC barely cools. We had to open widow in early April to cool the rooms. The area of very noisy & we had a hard time sleeping & resting with all the noise & light from the street. I found this place expensive for what it is.

Staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Small older hotel but very clean and the room was checked and tidied daily.
