I got a room on the 7th floor where the air conditioning was not working. I could hardly sleep! They were kind enough to share a fan on the second day. However the windows do not close properly leading to noise from the street.
Room was clean and simple. More suitable for younger travelers.

It is good for students or single on budget. It is cheapest place I stayed. I will stay again

Not family friendly with the type of shows and parties they have. Not recommended for minors. Terrible showers. Terrible temp control of rooms.

It was a great place to stay when visiting Paris! It was so nice and clean! The staff was super friendly and checking in was very easy and helpful after our long day at Disneyland Paris! I would book again!

The shower stops after 10 sec is the only complain I have.
