place was good and clean. enjoyed my 1 night! staff were also very friendly and helpful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. We had a housekeeper enter our room without knocking on the door or announcing themselves. The front staff admitted the wrongdoing and said that they "assumed" no one was in the room because of a shopping bag delivery. When we confronted the manager, he completely denied everything and was very rude and unprofessional.

All staff are friendly and approachable. Linda has kindly checked us in early as we arrived at 10 in the morning and we managed to catch a wink. We love the hotel’s interior, so chic and cosy, close to shops and restaurants and Metro. Breakfast buffet was decent and would definitely come back to this hotel in our future visit to Paris.

The hotel has the worst non-usable or hygienic mattresses I ever encountered; seriously those mattresses are curved in the middle and simply need to be replaced (a deep curved shape). Also, due to the door closing mechanism, if you stay in the hotel, get ready to woke up everyday hearing door’s slamming at least 5 to 6 times for every room, while the cleaning crew operating their services, or when residents are retuning late at night or leaving early morning.
