Great location, lovely staff, surprisingly spacious rooms and great cozy beds. Stayed here with mom on a special holiday and we loved this as our base for the proximity to the core (opera, madeleine, grands magasins), marais and Les Halles, and Montmartre to the North.
We had a street facing room near the elevator and couldn’t hear a peep at night. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The staff were friendly and assistance was top notch - they helped book our day trip to Versailles! The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and well set out (no fridge though in my room). The neighbourhood was great - walking to distance to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra district, and a stones throw from Montmartre. Metro was just and easy distance. The restaurant Papillon & Co. did not have the best breakfast (but was great for evening drinks), but just a couple blocks away was Corner Haussman that met our French expectations and needs for breakfast. Overall M Social was an amazing experience and I would stay there again!

The service too bad when i checked in, air conditioning not working. Not receive any of the benefits for gold members. check out at 11am
