cheep place to stay basic need attention to detail with cleaning .i left on door do not disturb anyway cleaner walked inside while i was getting ready not happy with that

The hotel itself was good value and included breakfast in the restaurant .
The area location looked run down and shabby .

The hotel is very big with very limited staff. So there is no proper cleaning and there is large crowd waiting for breakfast. Further, while booking on Expedia, I had booked for breakfast also but while checking at the hotel, the staff at the reception informed that breakfast for children are not included and therefore I had to pay 57 euro again for breakfast of my two children.

It was noisy at the mornings that I had to wake up everyday when they started cleaning.
the room was very small. Not like the images at all.
Aside from the wifi of the room wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working as well.

Staff were friendly but tried to enter our room when we were in there asleep a few times. Area around hotel not good, didn’t feel safe walking around at night. Close to metro stations which is good. There are shops and takeaways within walking distance. Windows don’t have safety locks, not suitable for children. Most guests were French, not many English people. Overall good hotel, wasn’t unhappy with our stay but wouldn’t stay again :)

Hotel was in unsafe area. No air conditioning we had to open the window to have some air. When we opened the window all the noise cigarettes smoke came in we could not sleep. Staff would get upset when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. Lockers to keep luggage safe while we waited to be checked in didnt work.
