Staff is great. No real amenities to speak of (gym etc). Great location and breakfast buffet was nice.

We walked into the Westin and immediately decided to leave. It was disgusting. it was also 12 am so we found this lovely, clean, hotel a few blocks away. We fell in love with the staff. They were amazing. I can't say enough good thing. Yes, the basic room is small but we didn't really care. Will definitely stay again.

the hotel was nice and clean. super close to everything. the only negative is that there was a lot of construction around the area due to the Olympics but it was not the Hotels fault. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing!
