Excellent staff attentive helpful, provided lots of water and mini snacks that came in handy when travelling on a budget

It's a good hotel, big entrance, lobby opened almost 24/7 and a free offer of soft drinks and some snacks on the lobby.
The room was big enough to move freely, including it's own mini fridge and a small desk to work.
Nearby there is dining options, as well as the bus station and the subway.

Loved the hospitality! Staff was polite and helpful. Having the daily mini bar for waters and juice was a great perk too. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The good and the bad. Staff was great, lobby was great, however, when you entered the room, you realized this hotel has poor upkeep. Multiple holes in the bedroom carpet(filthy also) lime all over the bathroom, the shower door liner falling off(making it difficult to shut the door), etc. (Multiple pictures taken as proof). The doors of each rooms slam rather hard so you tend to hear that at night and in the morning. The instant coffee was the worst I’ve been provided in a room and unfortunately our room wasn’t done between our nights(however we did have the sleeping sign on until about noon so I’m uncertain what the policy is here). Nice to have a safe in the room, good location but would not stay again based on the lack of of the rooms noted above.

Loved the hotel - location staff and free snacks. Thr room on 5th was not as sunny and warm as 4th - we stayed there twice. Recomend the hotel

The toilet door was broken, the carpet was stained, the double bed was two singles pushed together.

Staff was very unpleasant.
They made me move from the “eating” area.
Tried checking in early wasn’t possible.
Area wasn’t what I was expecting.

Nice, quiet hotel in a nice area in Paris. Staff very friendly.
