Had to ask for water bottles and was told to use water fountain???? Really! Also, it was freezing in the hotel and it appears that it’s controlled centrally! So I bundled up and asked for more blankets. Very disappointing customer service for a hotel like this!

Due to the unusually hot weather outside, our AC system was initially set to cool, resulting in a rapid decrease in temperature inside. Unfortunately, following this sudden change in the weather outside, which turned cold very quickly, it took some time for our historical building to adjust accordingly. My son and I really enjoyed our quick visit to Paris the room was perfect and the bar was a great place to gather and relax.
