I liked the beach, I was in it everyday!! I didn't like the first room i got where the toilet didnt work and no one came to fix it, I was put into another room which was good. I didn't like the food, it was average, it was either overly salty and over cooked. The staff was polite in the hotel.

First time in Bahamas but not my first Riu. This Riu property by far was the best one to date. What i liked: property is not overly big and you can find everything pretty easily. The staff was superb especially Vera Carter as a head chef. The beach was outstanding. My ocean view was worth every penny. Food was good. What i didnt like: jerk chicken grill had the same menu every day - please change it up. No ATM on property - you have to go to the Atlantis. Add a bit more entertainment at pool areas. Music was subpar.

My family and i had a great time. Tanya was fantastic. She made my while family feel special. Lynden at the buffet were awesome. He always made you feel welcome and got us to smile everytime. They were so friendly and made our stay wonderful. Agatha at the buffet was wonderful also. Iris in the breakfast buffet was great. Daphne at the front desk was great. Justin, the bellboy was wonderful. He always greeted us with a smile and good morning . Great conversations in the elevator. Such a pleasure to be around.

We stayed last week of April 2024. This resort was much smaller than other RIU resorts we have been to. Food was good but inconvenient that you have to make a reservation for dinner every night and you can only make up to two nights in advance. We got there on a Saturday afternoon and could not make a reservation until Tuesday. Staff were all amazingly helpful and so friendly! Dario and Kevin working in the pool bar were my favorite, 10 stars to them! The heater was in in the pool the first 5 days we were there, it was awful! So hot and not refreshing at all , everyone was complaining! It finally was shut off towards the end of our stay. Would probably stay here again for the price , convenience of all inclusive and the friendly staff .

The staff at check-in was very polite, professional and helpful. The room was less than desirable. Terrible smell, leaky ceiling, toilet wouldn't flush. Woke up with bug bites and itching on day three. Research lead us to believe it was bed bugs as there was bed bug fecal matter under the sheets on the mattress. The beach was littered with plastic cups, straws and other trash that wasn't picked up each day. The seating hosts in the eating areas were very nice and attentive. Those serving the food were not cheerful or happy to be there. The food was okay. Nothing special, but not terrible either. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

thya proparty is ok the beach is to smol for the amouth of peaple they are to close toogether and no dasignated place for cigarate and marywhona smokera im not a smoker ther for it was wary onowing to me and my wife
