This property has a scam going on. They will allow you to book and then email you telling you they have overbooked and have requested a refund for you. When you don’t receive your refund and contact Expedia the property will deny your refund request. This property is super shady. Do not book with them!

Hi, i'm very sorry about this. We are confused about your review because we really don`t have your money. Expedia will collect your payment and to have your payment,we should have to request them an invoice so we can have the payment,but we did not request them. I also send you before a message that expedia will be the one who will refund you because they have your money. They even asked us if you come up to our hotel or not so they can give you a refund,and I said you don't show up in our place. I thought they already give a refund and now your giving us a review about this. This makes us shock.
