You must update your listing if the property is still exists. I reached the place and to find out that the resort are not operated long time ago. It waste my time and spoil all my plan.

Bugang Riverside Inn is in a good location, not too far from the main road, bus terminal, local beach, and the Malumpati cold springs. The rooms were well sized with good bathrooms and good mattresses. The restaurant had food basically all day round and it was tasty. The best was the hospitality and interaction with the owner, Dave. He was a wonderful host and did everything to make me feel welcome and at home. He went far beyond what one would expect during my few days in his resort. His wife and staff were also super friendly. I and other guests were invited to his birthday party in the resort and we all had a fabulous time. Overall, a great place to stay.
