This place was terrible. The lights in the room barely worked. The tv also did not work. Even plugged our own Roku in and it didn’t work. Rude staff. A/c barely worked. It said hot tub available but there was not one. Just move on.

I like the hotel. Was kept clean. The last few nights were super busy and loud. The pool was clean. I would give them a8/10. One lady that worked nights was super rude but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bed was not safe. Toilet kept running. Not enough towels or pillows. Will never stay here again.

We booked the hotel specifically for the hot tub. No where on the website does it mention hot tubs are room specific, so we lost out on the hot tub. Our room was ok, however, the bathroom was filthy with dried crudy towel hanging over the shower rod from last guest. Thevair conditioner kept cutting off so we were hot all night. The breakfast was even worse. Staff was very friendly & helpful but accommodations very disappointing.

Honestly a very basic cheap hotel. Nothing fancy at all. My main issue honestly is the extra fee for continental breakfast and literally all they had was cereal and yogurt

Decent price but health concerns

The staff were polite. The room smelled of mold; everytime i went into the room my allergies went haywire! I loved the room set up. The water for the shower did not get all that hot,the hair dyer did not work and the coffee maker didn't work either. I brpught the coffee maker down and they said they'd send a new one up..never did. The manager is rude ahole. I think if they had a better manager this place would be better. The complimentary breakfast and there unedible bagels was a joke. Atleast at night you need a room key to get into the building which is nice.

Pleasant morning I am really sorry that you felt that way. If you had a problem with the room, you could ask the front desk clerk for a room change. The coffee maker was brought down to the clerk in the evening and she told you that housekeeper would replace in the morning. You checked out early the following morning. And I am out of office for business over a month now so I did not rude to you nor any of my guest. my sincere apology.
