I had to kill a large roach in my room. Should i say more. I have pictures of the deceased if one is wanted. I'm just saying you pay hundreds to stay in one of their rooms and how much are the pests paying??

I liked pretty much everything about the property. Only issue was not getting room on floor I had requested back in January when I made the reservations. I had requested room on floor 1, 2, or 3. Assigned room was on 6th floor. However, all 3 elevators were in operation and had no problem in long waits for elevator.

This was a beautiful property! The beach was amazing! The rooms were stunning and the service was beyond my expectations! I will most definitely be back! I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is great and staff are very friendly and professional..check was super easy and quick ..definitely highly recommend this hotel !!

Absolutely no dislikes, however the staff was amazing and so kind and helpful first time in Panama City fl. And the view was amazing, staff is so helpful to get you to the best restaurants and bars!!!! And absolutely loved the carriage for selfies in the lobby!!! 10/10 will always go back to the same hotel anytime i visit again.

Only things I saw could improve is bathrooms although in good shape you could see on the details that some TLC was needed, and another major thing was the mattress not being the usual plush hotel mattress, you could somewhat feel the springs. We still had a good night sleep tho so it wasn’t bad.
