Hotel is basically a casino with the hotel business as a secondary business

Noisy due to room doors that do not close quietly. Eateries very good with Pinkbox Donuts and a really nice cafe.

We had key cards problem to the room every time we left the room we come back door would not work and back to front office to get it fixed

Needed to cancelan and or change date and was 10 minutes late so had to forfeit.

Very basic room, okay for staying one night on the way to Death Valley National Park, that’s it. But don’t know why they charged $10.9 for resort fee. There’s no any resort facilities tho.

My husband and I had a very nice time. We only stayed for one night, but the staff were SO nice and helpful. We had great conversation with Melissa at the front desk and she was awesome at making sure we were taken care of. I specifically want to give HUGE gratitude and appreciation to the staff at Stockman’s Steakhouse, one of the hotel’s unique dining options. My husband and I had arrived 7 minutes before they closed and they still seated us. The food is EXCELLENT. 10/10 recommend. The staff created such a nice experience for us. Unequivocally, exceptional customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The property is kept up very well and the surrounding areas are beautiful with lots of stuff to do. The casino was smaller than we were expecting, but popular slots, card tables and big wins! We didn’t get to check out the bowling alley, but all in all, we are very satisfied with our stay and we would definitely book another stay if we ever come back to town.
