The room we booked was very dirty hair, dust, AC did not work, stove hood in a pretty bad condition, fridge not balanced, bathrooms were dirty and bathtub/shower glass not washed.
The exterior was lovely,pool, beach,garden.

Major issue with check in time on Expedia and the property. No apologies made but just blamed that Expedia has it WRONG.

This ‘resort’ is more like unserviced apartments. No new towels, sheets, no cleaning and no toilet paper. The ‘premium’ room is run down and ventilation is poor so there is mould. Air con was working in all rooms. The washing machine was leaking and not usable. Staff are friendly and there is a small convenience store across the road also independent eatery which is nice alternative. Restaurant is closed Mon-Thur lunches. It’s 2:45 mins drive from Nadi airport. Highly recommend river tubing & beach bum burgers if staying in Pacific Harbour.
