Bathroom badly needed deep clean - floor needed good scrub around edges and corners, caulk around shower was orange and black with mold/mildew.

The cook in the morning was excellent! He was very friendly and upbeat. The lady at the front desk was also very informative and friendly. She gave me advice about Hilton Honors and rewards. The rooms were ok but needed updating. the shower leaked all over the floor. The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough. After mopping up the floor with the towels I felt like I needed another shower. We rented the room through Expedia and thought we were getting a King but when we arrived the gal at the front desk indicated the room was smoking. Really??? We had to down size to two queens which was ok but the covers just didn’t feel fresh and clean. It was probably the second worse Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. The rooms need to be updated. Staff was friendly but rooms not so good.

I laughed when i read the " No Smoking Weed in your room" notice at check-in. Everyone we encountered was courteous.

Just need a few more diabetic choices for breakfast. Not everyone like fruit. Other than that the stay was fine

Our roomed smelled musty & I had to kill a spider on the bed as soon as I pulled back the covers. Didn’t sleep that well thinking about that. Hotel & rooms need updating.

A Decent Night's Rest

This is our hotel of choice when visiting family in Ozark. Check in/out was easy as always, though we did have a small hiccup with our room. It was quickly and cheerfully rectified and was actually a little less expensive. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh as always, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel, but in spite of the cracked bathtub and slow bath drain, the room was neat and clean. We keep air freshener with us, so the slight odor was easily masked. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Unfortunately, this was the first time we saw roaches. There were two very tiny ones and one larger one on the bathroom floor. Overall, we will still probably stay again tje next time we visit. It is the best of the three hotels in Ozark.
