The hot spring pools, swim pool and sunning decks all stellar. Beautifully designed and built. Loved the tiki bar. The radio station blasting commercial after commercial throughout the soaking pools was extremely annoying, And the painters using a noisy smelly lift for hours right next to the soaking pools ruined the hotsprings experience. Left two hours earlier than planned. Would not have stayed a second day under any circumstances. The massage therapist was great and her room was quiet...hooray for that.

The facility is nice. It got confused in the booking that i specified ground floor and got the second floor. The food in the restaurant is decent but served on paper plates and not a great dining ambiance. Rooms are clean and hot springs are nice. Cant beat the view. A little lame that the pool closes at 10 in summer. Over all 4/5.

The experience in the heated pools and hot tubs was out of this world amazing. The views were stunning. The water perfection. The rooms are older but clean and beds are comfy. In all honesty, the rooms are just for sleeping in, the real wonder is just outside- hot tubs, steam room, heated pool, walking distance to downtown. Absolutely magical.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the pools felt so nice however they did have dirty covers on them that we pulled to the side. Also, I had a major migraine where I could barely walk and my friend went to get breakfast for me and was told she couldn’t take food to go so that was very upsetting.
