I love this hotel . Only one thing is that breakfast should be service warm, plates are too cold include that coffee. However beside that the overall hotel is very good

We were very happy with this property. It was modern, clean and very close to Dotonbori shopping. The rooms even had a washer/dryer. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice hotel. Laundry inside the room is convenient. Great location. We will stay again and highly recommended.

The hotel is great located, unfortunately it looks so busy that the service is overall.
The room was not very clean, it was a bad smell in the bathroom that feels that they do not clean well

After a long trip getting to Japan, staying in this hotel was relaxing. The room size was good for Japan and everything was new and clean. Also everything in Osaka is close by; dotonburi, malls, and luxury stores are a 5-10 minute walk. The mall is a block away. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

Right in the centre of the Dotonburi shopping and food area, this hotel is well placed for the hustle and bustle of Osaka. The hotel room was modern and stylish but outside and in the lobby is very busy and at times you can hear the street noise in your room. There were lots of Westerners staying at this hotel so there are lots of English and western bits and pieces around the place. If you prefer a more authentic Japanese experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
