The staff at this hotel were amazing. I observed a staff member helping a gentleman bring his suitcase into the hotel. Then the staff member went off to grab a towel to wipe it down since it was wet from the rain outside. Another staff member called a cab for us and actually walked us out under an umbrella to shield us from the rain. All of that was above and beyond my expectations. They were always courteous and smiling as well.

Room was clean and spacious. Had onsite microwave, laundry and and guest shower. Bathroom was the best one weve had through out our trip. Pajamas were nice and good quality. Would recommend

Great base for when staying in Osaka - can walk to the busy areas but feels like a quiet spot!

This property was located close to many restaurants and train stations, as well as near the Shinsaibashi shopping street

Good location. Modern and clean hotel. Appreciated the serve yourself amenities. Rooms were spacious for a Japanese hotel & bathroom had good lighting.
