Can’t be more impressed about our stay. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture. Decorations, paintings, breakfast, etc. all are world-class. Much better than the overpriced stays we have in the States. We are willing to come back again. Highly recommend!

Attached to the Namba train station and very convenient to many attractions nearby. Beds extremely comfortable, wonderful breakfast buffet and very good service. Would recommend.

Highly recommend this beautiful, clean and well staffed hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were on a two week journey across Japan and this was among our top favorite spots to stay!

We were pleased with the hotel: great location with subway access as well as to amazing shopping and dining places. Central location to walk or take taxi to other attractions. Clean and fair size rooms (we stayed on the 19th floor). We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The lounge room is amazing for drinks with stunning views. would stay here again.
