Great place that is close to train stations which are walkable as well as close to plenty of locations around Osaka. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to assist and answer any questions. Very clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Had great facilities included as well

I have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is adjacent to the subway and AirPort Express train (Nankai). The area around the hotel is great for shopping and eating.
Staff is attentive and friendly. I’ll be happy to stay here again.

Our space did not really fit 2 adults and 2 small children even though this was supposedly an option on the website.

The property was very nice, clean, and affordable. The hotel was located next to a train station, but felt a little a tad far from points of interest.

Great location and nice staff. Breakfast buffet is OK, I’ve had better, but staff are wonderful. Room nice and spacious for 3 adults.

Fantastic hotel! We are a family of four and our apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and dining and living room area as well as a laundry machine! Highly recommend for location also, right next to Namba station
