They have free ice cream, free coffee and other drinks, free kimono experience, very good staff, walking distance to shopping and restaurant district as well as train station.

Very pleasant staff. We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room. The room was basic but very clean.
Amenities were in the lobby as well as sake, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and ice cream during certain hours. Relaxing lobby with chairs and tables.
I would stay at this hotel again. Near the tourist areas and right around the corner from the subway.

The property is centrally located to the downtown attractions that are seen in TikToc videos and on TouTube. The hotel also has a lot of complementary items for hotel guests (mixed drinks, wine, coffee, carbonated beverages, and ramen) as well as a massage chair in the lobby.

Dotonburi is the place for EATS and the Dotonburi Hotel is as close as you can get. Nice staff, free food and drinks in the lobby daily AT CERTAIN TIMES. Good value however, room was tiny as in many Japan hotels.

The room that we got should not accommodate 4 people. We couldn't even move around in the room. The bathroom was extremely small and the floor in the bathroom is not even. I can barely change or turn in the bathroom. The bathroom seem to have that sewage smell which doesn't go away. My daughter said her pillow has some dark spots on it which we have no clue what they are. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff and the location.

Although the rooms are small, we want to make it possible for the whole family to stay in one room, so we try to accommodate the maximum number of people per room square meter according to Japanese law. We will tell to cleaning staff and do our best improvement the cleaning quality.Our hotel group(Bridge hotel group) is three hotels in Osaka. The other Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi and Osaka Hinode Hotel are relatively new hotels and are not as well located as the Dotonbori Hotel, but they do have slightly larger rooms. Please stay with us the next time you come to Osaka. We look forward to your next visit.
