Very convenient hotel with nice staff on site.
The only complaint I have is really just the area around the hotel is dirty and noisy at night. It doesn’t affect our stay inside the hotel, it’s just the first a scene after turning the corner from the hotel is super dirty mostly due to drunks or tourists who left trash on the street.

Being first time to Osaka and able to find the hotel with ease after alighted at Namba station. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the shopping area and subway.. with the complimentary breakfast everyday , it help to save a meal in the trip, the only con is the bed and pillow... is too soft and the toilet really small.. i will still opt for this hotel for my next trip.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and unfortunately our room window went right out onto a rooftop walkway. This unfortunately made us uneasy and we felt a little unsafe. Especially as the area around the hotel is full of bars and pubs etc. The walls are also super thin. You can hear everything in the hallway.
