Room in not the best shape and took half an hour or more for any attraction/store by nearest subway

Great place to stay and our favourite hotel out of the three we stayed in during our time in Japan. The views from our hotel room were amazing and you have to try their Sky Buffett. The staff were very helpful! Train station is only a 2min walk. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese restaurants, you will need to travel out further about 20mins away to find an authentic ramen spot. Great place and would definitely book again when we come back to Osaka.

Amazing room, very close to the train station which was really easy to get anywhere in the city, also being attached to the onsen was so good to be able to pop down for a relaxing time

Very very nice hotel, and the price is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's located right at Bentencho Station, and there are tons of places to eat right there. There's also a huge beautiful onsen in the building complex

It was close to USJ and the lower floors had great food options.
