Property sign for room was written on with sharpie and trash all over the hallway. Left immediately after checking in.

The staff is amazing! Diego, Miguel, Pat, ALL of the staff did an exceptional job attending to my daughter and I. I HIGHLY recommend this resort. It’s also very clean! There was so much for my daughter to do on the property. She especially enjoyed the Ship Wreck Island. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you :).
